AI limitations: SpektraBot uses artificial intelligence, which may sometimes give inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. Always check important information with official sources or a qualified professional.

UK focus: Our information covers SEND law in England and Wales. The systems in Scotland and Northern Ireland are different.

By using SpektraBot, you agree to:

We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We encrypt your conversations and delete chat history 90 days after your last message. Support memories (which help the bot remember your situation) stay for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete all your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Spectrum Dynamics CIC owns SpektraBot, including its design, content, and technology. You may use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Government laws and guidance we refer to are Crown copyright. Links to other organisations are for your convenience and do not mean we endorse them.

As far as the law allows, Spectrum Dynamics CIC is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses from your use of SpektraBot.

This includes losses from decisions based on information we gave you, missed SEND deadlines, or outcomes in tribunal hearings.

These terms do not limit our responsibility for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We try to keep SpektraBot available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will always be accessible. We may pause the service for maintenance, updates, or unexpected problems without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using SpektraBot after we make changes, that means you accept the new terms. We will tell registered users about any big changes.

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
