UK focus: Information is specific to England and Wales SEND law. Scottish and Northern Irish systems may differ significantly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectrum Dynamics CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SpektraBot.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from decisions made based on information provided, missed deadlines for SEND processes, or adverse outcomes in tribunal proceedings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SpektraBot after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
